Sunil Gangopadhyay ( 7 September 1934 (21 Bhadra, 1341 BS ) - 23 October 2012 )  A prominent Bengali literary figure in the late half of the twentieth century . In the last four decades of the year 2012, he was widely known to the Bangla language-speaking population as one of the greatest personalities of Bangla literature. These Indian literary writers have presented many memorable works such as poet, novelist, short story writer, editor, journalist and columnist. He is the post of Jivanandan of modern Bengali poetryOne of the main poets. At the same time he is modern and romantic. Many of his poems are written in ordinary people.
