Professor Niaz Zaman is a prominent educationist of Bangladesh who is renowned for heritage research. He has long been proficient in English language and literature at Dhaka University . She is a textile expert. The legendary people of Bangladesh have studied the tradition, namely Nakshi Kantha and Jamdani , and compiled the subject of The Art of Kantha Embroidery . He was the first to write an English language award in Ananya Literary Award in 2013 .  In the year 2017, he was awarded the Bangla Academy Award.Niaz Zaman passed the HC from High School. Later, he completed his graduation and post-graduation from English University of Dhaka University . Niaz Zaman started his career as an English lecturer in Dhaka University in 1972. From 1981 to 1983, he was affiliated with the Washington DC Bangladesh Embassy as an educational attache . [3] From 2003 to 2006, he worked as literary editor of New Age magazine. [4] He translated several books of renowned women fiction writers in English into English. He has developed an exceptional organization "Gaanth".
