Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury (known as Kamal Chowdhury; born 31 December 1957) is a Bengali poet who has been identified with the 1970s. In the form of employment, he is a member of the Bangladesh Civil Service and is currently serving as the Chief Secretary of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh.[1] The main theme of his poetry is love and rebellion; – Social consciousness is one of the sources of his poetry. One of the characteristics of his poetry is that of dubiousness. One of his poems is Tannaporan's day that he used to practice new poetry in a free rhyme. He was awarded Bangla Academy Literary Award in 2011 for his contributions to Bengali poetry.
